Big name , worst customer service !

And why it doest make sense ? When you want to transfer your dream miles to cash miles ?
And why you only supposed to have one kind of miles and you can use it as a dream and cash both.
Plus when i called the customer service, i waited for 35mit and still i had to wait forever. #worst Experience
