AIR MILES® Reward Program App Reviews

Tried for 3 hours to book a flight on my I pad. The screen freezes. Eventually had to use a laptop. Called the service line, recording said there were too many people booking flights, hang up and try again!

This app is too slow when loading. By time I get to the cash register, I am still waiting for it to load. Also the scan card option should come up first and quick. Why do we the customers have to tell you how to build a product?

I like the app. There are a few bad reviews on here but I have never had an issue with it at all.

With all the issues around airmiles and the app does not work?

The app is very slow and frequently hangs up does not recognize air miles locations even when youre sitting right beside them

Would love to check my transactions....could before but since update doesnt work..come guys, this is a joke.

Just a shell of an app. Very basic.

This app completes me. SO EASY AND CONVENIENT

Since the last update the app crashes when I try to open it.

Overall this a good app, but could be improved by including the entire dream rewards catalogue and the ability to Oder rewards right from the app.

The app is equally as bad as the website. There is no search functions for travel. NONE. The site crashes often. I rate it a ZZZ+

This app is poor slow to load and largely behind always and mightly outdated

Not all merchants name are shown properly

And why it doest make sense ? When you want to transfer your dream miles to cash miles ? And why you only supposed to have one kind of miles and you can use it as a dream and cash both. Plus when i called the customer service, i waited for 35mit and still i had to wait forever. #worst Experience

Crashes on startup. every. time. so totally useless

Just a basic app, shows me locations close by that I can earn points. Other than that its not of much use.
